We build custom AI systems powered by Anthropic's Claude for small and medium-sized businesses (typically 20–200 employees). Our work includes:

1. **AI Personas & Assistants** — Custom Claude-powered personas trained on a client's own documents, terminology, and decision logic. Examples: estimator personas for construction contractors, operations assistants for professional services firms. Built inside Claude Projects.

2. **Workflow Automation** — End-to-end intelligent workflows replacing repetitive manual work: invoice reconciliation, AP processing, proposal generation, bid documents, report drafting, email triage, data extraction. Connected to existing systems.

3. **AI Operating System Installation** — The full package: custom prompts, personas, one-page AI usage policy (PIPEDA/Alberta PIPA compliant), department-by-department implementation, team training, and a 90-day adoption plan. Eligible for the Canada-Alberta Job Grant (government covers two-thirds of training costs, up to $10,000/employee).

4. **AI Literacy & Adoption Training** — Practical, non-technical AI training for teams. Customized by department, delivered in person in Calgary. Designed to build confidence — not just capability. Grant-eligible.

5. **AI Audit & Strategic Roadmap** — Diagnostic scoring on People, Process, Data, and Technology maturity. Identifies highest-ROI automation opportunities. Creditable against implementation.

## Funding available
